1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
The host may be contacted for property-related issues via phone call between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day.
Please ensure that your building access card and parking access card are kept secure at all times during your stay. Kindly note that a replacement fee of AED 350 will apply in the event of a lost access card.
Please ensure that you present a valid credit card at the time of check-in. A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 will be temporarily blocked on your card during check-in. If you do not have a credit card, you may also deposit the amount in cash. Please note that debit cards are not accepted. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages.
