- Booking and Payment
- The apartments listed on Steying.com are available for short-term rental, charged at a nightly rate.
- A one-time check-out cleaning fee will be added to your booking. This fee covers the cleaning after your stay and does not include daily cleaning or linen changes during your stay.
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your departure, provided there are no damages to the property.
- Taxes and Fees
- All bookings are subject to an additional 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
- A tourism fee prescribed by local regulations will also apply.
- The total price displayed at checkout includes all charges, taxes, and fees. No additional expenses will be levied after this point.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Specific cancellation and refund policies will be detailed at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the guest to be aware of these conditions prior to confirming a booking.
- Use of Property
- Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and adhere to all provided house rules.
- Any damages found upon check-out will be deducted from the security deposit. Should damage costs exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be liable for the excess.

- Liability
